In my research class, taught by Barbara Fister, we learned of trade publishers and scholarly publishers. Overall, in 2005 the publishing industry did 25 billion dollars in business. University presses are much different from coorporate presses.

The useful information that we received was regarding subject headings and subsequent sub-headings.

John byrnes, Lydia, and Maxwell are in the class, along with four others.
